1. Two ways to enter: (1) Rent any DVD at LDS Movie Rentals before 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on 8/31/08, and you will be automatically entered. Your membership and address information on file with LDS Movie Rentals will be used to contact you in the event you are selected as a winner. It is your responsibility to ensure that this information is accurate. (2) On a 3" x 5" paper, hand print your name, address, city, state, zip code, age, phone number and email address (optional) and mail it to: LDS Movie Rentals "Kirby Heyborne" Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 757, White House, TN 37188 to be postmarked by 8/20/08 and received by 8/31/08. Limit of one entry per person or household address per day by any method of entry. 4. Winners will be selected on or about 9/1/08 in random drawings. Winners will be notified by email or phone. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner’s responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation.
