Subscription Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age in order to subscribe to this Site's products and services. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilize the service, they may do so only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Any membership found established under the age of 18, without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian the membership will be terminated immediately.

Pricing, Payments And Availability
The products and services offered on this Site are subject to availability. The prices stated for such products and services are subject to change without notice. You are fully responsible for all usage and charges incurred by the user of this Site.

The subscription fee with be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each monthly renewal thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we will bill your payment method on the last day of such month. All charges are due and payable in advance of services rendered.

Unreturned DVD(s)
Upon cancellation you will be given seven (7) business days to return any outstanding rentals. Failure to return such rentals will result in your payment method being billed a $50 replacement fee for each unreturned rental. Additionally, as long as you continue to have an unreturned DVD(s), you will continue to be billed the monthly charge(s) until such DVD(s) have been returned. Cancelling your account does not suspend your obligation to pay for services as long as you have DVD(s) checked out.

If LDS Movie Rentals is unable to collect the $50.00 replacement fee for each outstanding DVD, your membership will be turned over to a national collection agency for further action. Further action may include but is not limited to; reporting negative activity to credit bureau's, accumulation of collection fees, and attorney's fees.

Lost Or Damaged DVDs
You agree to allow us to charge your credit card for the current retail or replacement price of a DVD, whichever is higher, in the following situations:

• If you have not returned a DVD to us within 7 days of canceling your free trial or paid membership;

• If you have not returned an unplayable game to us within 7 days of reporting it to us as unplayable;

• If you have lost a DVD and reported it to us as lost.

If the number of lost and/or damaged DVDs on your account becomes excessive, we may place your account on hold or terminate your membership.

Movie Ratings
You may submit ratings, reviews, tips, comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other materials to this Site (collectively, the "Content"). LDS Movie Rentals does not endorse, and takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for, any Content posted by you or any third party. LDS Movie Rentals reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove, restrict, or edit such Content, but does not regularly review posted Content.

Returns, Refunds And Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime you like. There is no commitment and no cancellation fees. Customer support can cancel your subscription for you. They can be contacted at 866-574-5820. If lines are busy please leave your name, number and when the best time to reach you. You can also go to Contact Us and fill out the form. Make sure you select the subject Cancel Subscription. Customer support can also be emailed directly at support@ldsmovierentals.com.  All movies need to be returned before recurring billing is stopped.

There are no returns or refunds.  Once you subscribe you have 30 days before the next recurring billing period.  See Pricing, Payments And Availability for more information.

Delivery And Shipping Policy
We only ship within the United States. Due to this, we only accept memberships from users located in the United States.
